IBPS RRB XIV Recruitment 2025 Job Description
Officer Scale-I (Assistant Manager): Responsible for customer service, loan processing, account management, cash handling, and general banking operations at branch level.
Officer Scale-II (Manager): Senior supervisory role involving branch management, business development, staff supervision, and implementation of banking policies.
Officer Scale-III (Senior Manager): Senior management position with responsibilities for strategic planning, branch administration, and regional operations oversight.
Office Assistants (Multipurpose): Support functions including customer service, data entry, cash handling, clerical work, and assistance in various banking operations.
Specialist Officers: Technical roles requiring specialised knowledge in areas like Information Technology, Legal matters, Treasury management, Marketing, and Agricultural finance.
Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification:
- Office Assistants (Multipurpose): Bachelor’s degree in any discipline from recognised university. Proficiency in local language as prescribed by participating RRB is essential.
Officer Scale-I: Bachelor’s degree in any discipline. Preference given to degrees in Agriculture, Horticulture, Forestry, Animal Husbandry, Veterinary Science, IT, Management, Law, Economics, or Accountancy. Local language proficiency required.
Officer Scale-II (General Banking): Bachelor’s degree with minimum 50% marks. Two years’ experience as officer in bank or financial institution required.
Officer Scale-II (Specialists): Specific qualifications for each specialisation:IT Officer: BE/B.Tech in relevant field with relevant experience
CA: Qualified Chartered Accountant with one year experience
Law Officer: Law degree with minimum 50% marks and two years’ experience
Others as specified in notificationOfficer Scale-III: Bachelor’s degree with minimum 50% marks and minimum 5 years’ experience as officer in bank or financial institution.
Age Limit:
- Office Assistants: 18-28 years (as on 1st September 2025)
Officer Scale-I: 18-30 years
Officer Scale-II: 21-32 years
Officer Scale-III: 21-40 years - Age relaxation as per government norms
