Eligibility Criteria (Post-wise)
1. Deputy General Manager – General Administration
- Education: Graduation in any discipline from a recognized university.
- Experience: Minimum 12 years of experience in BFSI or related field with at least 2 years at next below grade.
2. AGM – Fraud Risk Management
- Education: Graduate in any discipline (preference: CA/MBA/ICWA/CFA/CS).
- Experience: Minimum 10 years in relevant field including fraud analysis/investigation.
3. AGM – Information Security Group
- Education: B.E/B.Tech/MCA/M.Sc. in IT/CS/Electronics or equivalent.
- Certifications: Preference to CISA/CISM/CEH.
- Experience: Minimum 10 years in IT security, network security, IS audits.
4. AGM – Legal
- Education: Degree in Law (3 or 5 years).
- Experience: Minimum 10 years in legal field in BFSI or law firm.
5. Manager – Fraud Risk Management
- Education: Graduate (preferred: CA/MBA/ICWA/CFA/CS).
- Experience: Minimum 6 years in fraud risk management.
6. Manager – Risk Management
- Education: Graduate with professional qualification (MBA/CA/FRM/ICWA/CFA).
- Experience: Minimum 6 years in risk functions.
7. Manager – Treasury
- Education: Graduation with professional qualification (MBA/CA/ICWA/CFA).
- Experience: Minimum 6 years in treasury operations.
8. Manager – ISG
- Education: B.E/B.Tech/MCA/M.Sc. in IT/CS/Electronics or equivalent.
- Experience: Minimum 6 years in IT security and audits.
9. Manager – Electrical Engineer
