Job Description
Female Nutrition Trainers will work in Nutrition Rehabilitation Centres (NRCs) under NHM MP. Their main responsibilities include:
Supporting child admission in NRC as per guidelines.
Monitoring nutrition, growth and anthropometry of admitted children.
Providing counselling to mothers and caregivers on breastfeeding, maternal nutrition, child health and hygiene.
Maintaining child nutrition records and coordinating with health staff.
Supporting supplementary feeding, referrals, and follow-ups.
Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification:
- B.Sc (Food and Nutrition) OR B.Sc (Clinical Nutrition and Dietetics) OR B.Sc (Home Science – Food and Nutrition) OR B.Sc (Human Nutrition).
Minimum 2 years of work experience in Nutrition/Health sector (Govt/Recognised Institution).
Age Limit:
- Minimum Age: 21 years
Maximum Age: 40 years (as on 1st January 2025)
- Age relaxation as per government norms
